At Ezybrik, we understand that your collection deserves the best protection as soon as possible. We take great care in packaging our acrylic display cases to ensure they arrive at your doorstep in pristine condition.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 7 business days.

  • Quality Check: Each acrylic panel undergoes a rigorous inspection and is covered with a protective film before leaving our warehouse.
  • Notification: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your package is on its way.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

We offer two main shipping tiers to balance cost and speed. Please note that delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch.

3. Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we will provide you with a Tracking ID.

For Ocean Freight, tracking information may not update frequently until the parcel reaches your local port and clears customs. Don't worry—your masterpiece is safe in transit!

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to most major international destinations (including the US, UK, EU, and Australia). Shipping costs and local taxes (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your selected display case.

5. Damaged or Missing Shipments

Since acrylic is a delicate material, we use reinforced packaging. However, if your display case arrives damaged:

  1. Please take photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

  2. Contact our support team at [showtech2021@outlook.com] within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. We will arrange a replacement or a partial refund immediately.
